Well, I am finally getting around to making a post. It's amazing how unappealing blogging and the computer in general have been this past week. It's been hard to want to do anything other than just sit around and hold our new bundle of joy. As
alot of you already know, I was induced on January 20, but Stockton decided he wanted to be an
Aquarius instead of a Capricorn, so he waited to be born until the 21st (his due date). It was a long and hard labor about 21 hours and about 3 1/2 hours of pushing. It's a long story, but I ended up having to do the hardest part of the labor without hardly any medication. Jenni, you should be proud of me even though I didnt do it by choice. Even though I wouldnt have believed it at the time, every minute of the pain was worth it. Little Stockton is definately the cutest little boy I have ever seen. Even if he is turning out to be more stubborn than his mom and his dad combined. I guess we couldnt have expected anything different. Here are some pictures documenting the experience so far...
My full term picture, right before we left for the hospital.

Waiting to get things started.

Just getting things checked out.

Mom holding him for the first time. I hate seeing myself so swollen from all the fluid!

The new Mom and Dad with baby Stockton.

This is the best picture we got of his alien cone head. Luckily, it has gone away!
Mom and Dad recovering.

Precious little baby boy.

So cute, despite the dorky hat.

Getting dressed to go home from the hospital. I can't believe how different he looks already. It looks like he has been at the beach tanning all weekend.

Relaxed to the max.

On our way out. I miss the hospital so much!

Just chillin with Daddy.
